Terms of Service

Who we are

Spidee.ai is operated by Spidee Pty Ltd (ACN 698 234 589). We use AI tools, reviewed by our team, to create websites for small businesses. These terms cover your use of our service at spidee.ai and app.spidee.ai.

What we provide

When you sign up, you tell us about your business. We use that information to generate up to three website design variants for you to review — at no charge. If you like a design and want us to build it, you pay a one-time fee. Here is what each plan includes:

• Build ($499 one-time) — we design and build your website and publish it live.
• Care Plan ($29/month or $290/year) — ongoing hosting, security updates, and minor text or image changes each month.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By providing your payment details you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your card number or payment credentials — those stay with Stripe.

The Care Plan renews automatically each month or year (depending on the plan you chose) until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us at hello@spidee.ai.

Refund policy

No refunds once the build has started. The design phase is free — you only pay after you approve a design and ask us to build it. Once you have paid and we begin building, we cannot offer a refund because work has already commenced. If you have not yet approved a design, there is nothing to refund as we have not charged you.

If there is a genuine billing error (e.g. you were charged twice), contact us within 14 days and we will fix it.

Your responsibilities

To get the best result, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business when filling in the intake form.
• Own or have the right to use any content (text, images, logos) you supply to us.
• Not use the service for anything illegal, harmful, or deceptive.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our platform or processes.

If the information you provide is inaccurate and it affects the website we build, any rework may be charged separately.

Portfolio and examples

We may use your completed website as a portfolio example — to show potential clients what we can build. This means we might display a screenshot or link to your site on spidee.ai or in our marketing.

If you would prefer we do not use your site as an example, just email us at hello@spidee.ai and we will remove it. No questions asked.

Intellectual property

Once you have paid in full, you own the website we build for you — the HTML, CSS, and copy. We retain no ongoing rights to the site itself.

We retain ownership of the underlying tools, templates, and processes we use to build it.

Limitations

We do our best to deliver a great website, but we cannot guarantee that it will achieve specific business outcomes (e.g. a certain number of leads or sales). Results depend on many factors outside our control.

To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will email you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be handled in Australian courts.
